General Terms

By commissioning me you agreeing to my terms of services.
First come first serve.I have the right to decline or discontinue a client’s commission request. Reasons may include the following: a violation of my terms of services, the request is beyond my current skills, or other personal reasons.I have the right to use the artwork for my portfolio.I can share the artwork on my portfolio sites (FB, Twitter, ArtStation, etc.) as long as I credit you or link it to your preferred social media account. (In case of the said artwork is a gift for someone I can wait posting it online)You may use and print my work as long as it is for personal use only.Do not modify or edit the final artwork in any way. Edits such as resizing and cropping are allowed. When posting my work online you need to credit my name or link it back to my account.My artworks are strictly prohibited for NFT and political usage. You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial and promotional usage without my knowledge. (I am open for negotiations for such purpose)Prices listed are base price. There may be additional charges depending on the complexity of the request.Before I start working on your commission, please provide reference images and written descriptions for poses, character design, lighting, and mood when making the request. Clear references and descriptions are highly appreciated. Please provide at least 4 or more pictures if possible.I will not be able to accept rush commissions or requests with deadlines due to my schedule as a college student. Your patience is highly appreciated.I have the right to cancel the commission if there is any violation to my terms of service.

Payment Terms

Payment will be done thru Paypal invoice or GCash (local)The client should pay 50% of the payment after the initial sketch, the rest of the payment should be paid before I send the finalized piece.Major revisions such as redraw, recolor, changing of pose and position will cost an extra charge of $20. Minor revisions such as color balance adjustments, color grading, etc. are free for the first three times. Please notify me first before sending payment.You may cancel your commission any time before or when I am working on the initial sketch without a fee.In case I will have to discontinue a commission request after the initial sketch due to reasons stated in my Terms of Services, I will issue a refund of 50% of the down payment.

Commission Process

Fill out the Commission Form and send it to any of my social media accounts. After I receive the form, I will be reviewing the request.Once I accept your commission I will discuss with you the commission and start doing the sketch phase. Revisions are free at this phase. I will not be doing any major revisions after you confirm the sketch.After the confirmation you should pay the 50% price of the commission. I will only continue once I receive the initial payment.I will occasionally update you during the line art and coloring phase.Completion phase of the commission, I will be sending a small resolution of the artwork with big watermark.The final payment should be made first before I send the final output. Finished drawings will be sent via Google Drive.
